Mr. Mitchell founded Angel Flight Marketing Services in 1992. Mr. Mitchell obtained most of his project management and marketing experience at Allstate Insurance Company, where his primary role was Divisional Marketing Manager. The position included developing insurance‐agent lead generation
systems, utilizing market‐research database analysis, direct mail, graphic design, and the
Telemarketing and broadcast mediums. As part of this assignment, he traveled the country managing focus groups and research studies to develop the direct marketing solutions for Allstate and its agents.
While at Allstate, Mr. Mitchell received training in the Crosby Quality control methods as it applies to creative and research development.
Gabriel Mitchell is a graduate of Southern Illinois University B.S. Marketing. He is also a Fellow of the Life Insurance Management Institute.
Ms. Triplett handles high level executive client communications and account relations, and acts as a conduit to the CEO. Ms. Triplett’s career began coordinating and helping facilitate students, both domestic and from abroad, to contract for housing at Southern Illinois University –Carbondale. Blair continued her passion for excellence and collaboration through her work with management in Operations and Distribution at Walgreens. Currently, her responsibilities also include quantitative and annotative data analysis and reporting, document creation, performing market research and analyzing economic factors with statistical software, identifying industry and client trends for potential business development, presentations, and written reports for clients. Blair also leads internal office teams and manages operations as part of overall internal Marketing initiatives.
Blair Triplett is a graduate of Benedictine University, Lisle, IL, MBA, Business Administration; and Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. B.A., Economics; Finance and International Trade Specialization. Blair has qualification certificates in International Branding & Strategic Marketing, and the French language from Grande École Supérieure de Commerce Montpellier in Montpellier, France.
Mr. Martin develops market research and outreach campaigns per customer specifications while utilizing his market strategy to ensure clear concise questions that delivers the appropriate responses. He develops training materials and trains all Angel Flight operators to represent the customer on their behalf. His goal is to have the operators become ‘Category Experts’ that delivers un‐biased market research execution. He supervises and provides on‐going development with the staff to ensure AFMS is providing the highest of valuable customer service. Mr. Martin also performs data analysis and executes the operational reports for all telephonic projects. He is the key liaison to the customer.
William Martin is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana‐Champaign where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Agriculture. His career background comes from the CPG Category Development, Sales and Insights.
